I am a coach with an educational background in clinical mental health counseling and a passion for natural health. I work with clients from a person-centered, existential lens which respects the whole person- body, mind, and spirit. My job is to get to know the individual in front of me and to help them uncover and work toward their goals, from facing parenting challenges, improving relationships and communication, and finding self-acceptance, to healing from grief and loss, and more.nIn addition, I have been greatly concerned by the increasing politicization and polarization of our culture in recent years, and I work with people who have been negatively impacted by authoritarian ideologies in their workplaces, schools, and personal lives.
