In a time when conversations around identity can feel overwhelming or polarized, my commitment is to create a space that feels safe, respectful, and focused on your individual journey. Whether you’re a young person, a parent, or an adult seeking deeper understanding, I welcome you. As a counselling therapist, I offer a grounded, open, and non-judgemental space for individuals navigating questions around gender identity, or life questions with gender in the periphery. My approach is exploratory in nature, centered on curiosity, respect, and the unique path each person walks. Rather than assuming any predetermined outcome, I work collaboratively with clients to better understand their internal world, emotional needs, and emerging sense of self.
I have experience supporting youth and families through moments of uncertainty and growth, helping them access tools for resilience, clarity, and self-awareness. My practice is person-centered and trauma-informed, rooted in empathy and a belief in the healing potential of relationship. I aim to meet each client where they are, without agenda or pressure, holding space for complexity, confusion, and discovery.
