As a marriage and family therapist, my work is grounded in a systemic and relational approach. I’ve received extensive training across multiple modalities, and I specialize in issues related to sex and gender, including youth gender dysphoria, and supporting parents and families navigating questions and concerns related to gender identity and development.
I believe deeply in the healing potential of the therapeutic relationship. My clients often tell me they feel a sense of ease and safety with me and that I bring a calm presence and a confidence in their capacity to grow. I strive to create a space where insight can emerge, where defenses can soften, and where authentic self-expression becomes possible.
Therapy offers an opportunity to gain clarity, explore new possibilities, and develop the courage to change. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, sexual concerns, infertility, divorce, remarriage, or family conflict, I’m here to walk alongside you and support you in building a healthier, more connected life.
